This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of the TradeZone Industrial Group Web Store Service. This Agreement can be accessed at any time from the footer of any page of the website.

Terms of Trade

TradeZone Industrial Group owns and operates this website www.tradezone.co.nz, and is located in New Zealand. Contact details for each individual store can be found by clicking here.

Acceptance of Terms

When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order.

Product Availability

Products may be added to or removed from the website from time to time. While we do not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.
All efforts will be made to fulfil any order placed with TradeZone Industrial Group.  However, we accept no responsibility should we be unable to supply goods ordered for any reason.

Pricing

All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay on the website,  and may differ from store to store.

Payment

TradeZone Industrial Group is associated with DPS, New Zealand’s largest and most preferred payment gateway provider.
TradeZone Industrial Group do not collect or store any credit card information. This information is all processed by DPS. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details.
You must pay by MasterCard or Visa, (even if pickup at store is ticked on site). We will not accept cheques or cash on delivery.

Card Statement

The name that will appear on your statement will be TradeZone Online.

Cancellation

You cannot cancel your order once it has been placed please contact your dispatch store as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.

Delivery

We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. Generally products are dispatched the next working day but may take up to 7 days to be delivered, please contact us if you have not received your product within this time
We will notify you if your product cannot be dispatched. 
Delivery charges will be added to each order and shown as a separate item before you choose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. Should your order incur an additional charge, we will advise you prior to processing your order.
Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the purchaser.

Title and Risk

Goods are at our risk until delivered to the address given by you for your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If you discover any defect in your product,

  • You may return the item you purchase in original condition, complete with proof of purchase, for a replacement within 14 days of delivery.
  • When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.
  • We'll notify you via e-mail of the status of the replacement or refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
  • Freight will be refunded where the product is faulty or arrived damaged.

Warranty

Our warranty guarantees, faulty items that meet our conditions of care and use will be repaired, replaced or a refund will be issued at TradeZone Industrial Group’s discretion.
Our warranties cover manufacturing defects; please note that the guarantee does not cover faults arising from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or mistreatment

Warranty will not be extended beyond that of the manufacturer’s warranty period or conditions.  In some cases specific product warranties come with the product and may need to be registered to become active.

Warranty does not cover indirect or consequential damage resulting from the defects or inaccuracy or inoperativeness of the product

Liability

TradeZone Industrial Group are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the products on this site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if TradeZone Industrial Group Ltd. was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a tradezone.co.nz product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, tradezone.co.nz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product. Tradezone.co.nz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, tradezone.co.nz will issue a credit to your credit card account for the orginal charges.
